These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GlobNex AI website and related services ("Service") operated by Strategic Creative Consulting Pte Ltd and its affiliated entities ("SCC," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization (if applicable) to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GlobNex AI provides AI-assisted strategic planning tools, expert marketplace matching, advisory modules, and related consulting services for international business expansion. Specific features depend on your subscription tier (Free, Growth, or Enterprise).

3. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs and platform content are for informational and planning purposes. They do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or regulated professional advice. You should consult qualified advisors before making business decisions. Expert engagements may be subject to separate agreements.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the Service—including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or submitting unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

SCC and its licensors own all rights in the Service, branding, software, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

6. Fees and Payment

Growth and Enterprise features are subject to separate commercial agreements. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be specified in your order form or contract.

7. Third-Party Experts

Experts listed in our marketplace are independent professionals. SCC facilitates introductions but is not responsible for their acts except as expressly agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD 500 if using free tier services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SCC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
